of the members of King of kings are actively involved in one
of over 150 Ministry Teams. This document outlines how
we go about assessing the Spiritual Gifts of our members and
helping our members find the right spot for them to serve in
ministry. It also traces some of the history of
how we implemented the gifts-based placement process. |

We Developed our Values and Vision NEW
| This is
about ten pages that trace our history from being a
traditional congregation to becoming a mission focused
congregation. It starts out defining the problem
with some real life examples. It then talks about how we
developed our values and vision and how we have made it a part
of our life together as a congregation. This document is
intensely practical and has many examples about how to do
things - and how not to do things. The closing
pages give some practical advice about how to cast vision in a
congregation - so people get it. |
